Hi, I'm Bálint. I've been immersed in the world of bodybuilding for over 12 years, constantly expanding my knowledge and experience along the way. My development as a coach has been shaped by advanced education like the J3 University program and the privilege of learning from and working alongside some of the top professionals in the industry.
I like to approach coaching with a structured, engineering-like mindset — organized, data-driven, and system-oriented. This allows me to create clear, efficient plans tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

HOW ONLINE COACHING WORKS
Daily Tracker – Your Day-to-Day Accountability
You’ll receive a custom Daily Tracker spreadsheet where you log:

Bodyweight, sleep, water intake, step count

Training details, cardio, energy, mood, stress

Biofeedback markers like hunger, recovery, and adherence
This tracker must be filled in every day, as it gives us real-time insight into how your body and lifestyle are responding to the plan.
Weekly Check-In – Your Weekly Progress Review
Every week, you'll complete a Check-In Form that includes:

Gym performance, recovery, stress management

Wins, challenges, and areas to improve

Questions you’d like your coach to cover
Complete this throughout the week and finalize it by your check-in day. This helps us prepare your next week’s adjustments.
Weekly Progress Photos
The day before your check-in, you’ll send clear photos (front, side, and back) to visually track your progress. Consistency and honesty here are key to our coaching decisions.
Communication & Video Feedback
We use WhatsApp for all communication, including:

Motivation and real-time support
You're also required to send 2 training videos per session (e.g. one compound lift and one isolation) so we can:
