With over a decade of bodybuilding experience and formal education through J3 University and other highly respected individuals in the industry, I bring a deep level of detail and discipline to every client I coach. My passion lies in helping people push past their limits – both physically and mentally – through structured training, focused nutrition, and daily execution.

HOW ONLINE COACHING WORKS

Daily Tracker – Your Day-to-Day Accountability

You’ll receive a custom Daily Tracker spreadsheet where you log:

  • Bodyweight, sleep, water intake, step count
     

  • Training details, cardio, energy, mood, stress
     

  • Biofeedback markers like hunger, recovery, and adherence

This tracker must be filled in every day, as it gives us real-time insight into how your body and lifestyle are responding to the plan.

Weekly Check-In – Your Weekly Progress Review

Every week, you'll complete a Check-In Form that includes:

  • Gym performance, recovery, stress management
     

  • Wins, challenges, and areas to improve
     

  • Questions you’d like your coach to cover
     

Complete this throughout the week and finalize it by your check-in day. This helps us prepare your next week’s adjustments.

Weekly Progress Photos

The day before your check-in, you’ll send clear photos (front, side, and back) to visually track your progress. Consistency and honesty here are key to our coaching decisions.

Communication & Video Feedback

We use WhatsApp for all communication, including:

  • Daily questions or feedback
     

  • Voice notes and training video reviews
     

  • Motivation and real-time support
     

You're also required to send 2 training videos per session (e.g. one compound lift and one isolation) so we can:

  • Correct your form
     

  • Improve execution
     

  • Ensure progressive overload is happening effectively
     

Your Plan is Dynamic – Not Static

Based on your tracker, check-in answers, videos, and photos, we’ll make precise weekly adjustments to:

  • Training splits, volume, intensity
     

  • Cardio, steps, and nutrition
     

  • Supplementation or recovery strategies
     

Every decision is based on data and feedback, not guessing. This is what makes coaching with us different — it's personal, detailed, and evolving with you.
